My passion for cake decorating started almost 3 years ago when I was getting ready to celebrate my daughter 1st birthday. Although my first cake wasn't pretty, I knew I was hooked!

I started taking cake decorating classes at a local store and before long my love for cake design became my passion.
Some of the classes I have taken include; cake decorating and design with Colette Peters , Ann Heap from Pink Cake Box , Lauri Ditunno from Cake Alchemy and Master Chef Toba Garret. I have also taken sugar flower classes with wedding cake designer Ruth Drennan. I am actively taking pastry classes at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and have taken many pastry courses with Pastry chef and author Nick Malgieri.
As an active member of the 'New York City Cake Decorating Meet Up group I take regular classes to update my techniques and learn the new and upcoming trends in cake decorating.
All my cakes, cupcakes and cookies are baked from scratch and hand sculpted using only the finest organic  ingredients. I meet with or email my clients to get a better understanding of what they are looking for and what their expectations are.

I look forward to the challenge of making cakes, cupcakes or cookies favors for birthdays, graduation, bridal showers, baby showers or any occasion and make your dreams come true!!!
